At FemZou, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

FemZou reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products are generally not eligible for return once opened or used.

A return or replacement request may be accepted if:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received an incorrect product.
The product was damaged during delivery.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with the order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from FemZou.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer handling.
Products without original packaging.
Products returned after the specified return period.
Products purchased during certain clearance or final-sale promotions.
Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
